- Cook the peas in pressure cooker adding 4 to 5 cups of water for 5 to 6 whistles

- To start with the gravy sautee the onion by adding 2 tsp oil, add chilli powder and once done add the ground masala paste
- Once the oil starts to separate from the gravy add the cooked peas, sugar and salt. Adjust the consistency for the gravy. Cook for 15 mins
- Assemble the dish by adding puri's, gravy, bit of onion, tomato, sev, tinch of chat masala and Aamchur powder
- Finally garnish with fresh coriander and lemon juice
