Steps to make Homemade Chole Kulche:

Also sprinkle some finely chopped Coriander Leaves also. Press lightly with the hands or the rolling pin. Apply some water to the other side too.
- Place them on the mildly heated Tawa with the plain side down. Cover and cook until it puffs up and browned. Flip it over and cook until it's fully done. It takes about 2-3 minutes for each Kulcha to get done. Keep the heat on a low only.
- Spread some melted Butter on each one of it and serve hot with Chole to your loved ones. Enjoy!
