  2. Sdd boiled&mashed potato,turmeric,red chilli powder,lemon juice,& garam masala powder mix well & cook nicely.lastly add corrienderleaves & off the gas.Now on besan batter add hing,baking soda & turmeric mix well.
  3. Cut the mirchi stuff the potato mixture,dip with besan batter deep fry it.
  4. Mirchi vada is ready.Serve with tomato sauce.
