- Add marinated chicken pieces & veggies(capsicum,onion,tomatoes) mix well and refrigerate to marinate for 1-2hrs
- Pre heat oven at 180 degree c
- Skewer marinated chicken pieces & veggies onto satay sticks (skew them alternating veggies & chicken) and place on a wire rack in the pre heated oven,(keep a tray underneath to catch drippings) brush with some butter and bake for abt 15 mins or till chicken is browned on all sides and tender

- Note : if using wooden skewers, make sure to soak them for 30mins in water before threading the chicken (this keep the wood from burning)
