  4. Make a batter with besan, salt, turmeric powder & red chilli flakes. Combine the breadcrumbs and the kalonji and keep aside.
  5. Heat oil & dip each of the stuffed chilies in the batter, coat in breadcrumbs and deep fry them to a golden colour. Drain on a paper towel.
  6. Serve hot with green chutney or sauce.
