Take a lemon size ball from the dough make round shape with rolling pin add the stuffing in middle close it from all sides.Dust it with flour roll it with rolling pin.Take a pan when it's hot place the kulcha.When there's bubble flip it put butter/ghee both side and cook from both side.Enjoy with chole during these Dusshera.
