  6. Roast it 2 miniutes.
  7. Add Green coriander.
  8. Remove it from the flame.let it cool.
  9. Now slit the green chillies.deseed it.
  10. Sprinkle lime juice insight.
  11. Now fill it with prepared mixture.
  12. Make a slurry with water & besan.add salt,red chilli, Caraway in it.
  13. It is just like running consistacy.
  14. Dip the stuffed chillies in it,and Fry it in the hot medium oil till golden & crisps.
  15. Serve it hot - hot with green chuteny or any sauce.
