- Soak channa for 5-6 hours then boil it till tender
- Grind onion garlic ginger in smooth paste
- Make tomato puree
- Make a paste off all the dry masala
- Heat oil in deep kadai add onion paste and cook till its light pink in colour
- Now add salt tomato puree and masala paste
- Cook till it leaves oil
- Add cooked channa in it
- If needed add water and close the lid and let it cook on low flame till the masala mixes with the channa
- When its done off the gas and add chopped coriander and serve it hot with kulcha
- For kulcha mix all the ingredients nad make a soft dough and keep it for 3-4 hrs to rest
- Make medium size balls and roll it out like roti and put some water on one side and stick it on tava
- When its done from one side turn the tava towards the gas flame and let it cook from other side
- Take it out on a plate and put some butter and serve it hot with prepared chola
