- Now to this cooked mixture add mashed potatoes, red chilli powder, salt & garam masala.
- Cook the mixture well. Add chopped coriander leaves & keep stuffing aside.
- Vada preparation - take large green chillies and slit them from centre. Deseed the chillies.
- Now put the prepared stuffing into the chillies.
- Heat oil in kadai for frying. As soon as oil get heated dip stuffed chillies in bed and batter and deep fry till golden brown colour.
- Serve hot with green coriander and mint chutney.
