- Take a baking dish and arrange these fried rectangular pieces to the bottom. Add a layer of milkmaid and a layer of motichoor Laddoos on it. Lastly add a layer of rabri over these layers.
- Repeat these three layers once more. On the top add the layer of rabri and grated khoya. Add almonds and pistachios finally and then bake it in a preheated oven at 250 degree Celsius for 10 min.
- Delicious bread khoya pudding is ready to serve and eat.
- U can add any sweet of your choice as a replacement of motichoor laddoos in this recipe.

When cooled, add vanilla, beaten eggs, sugar and baking powder. This bread pudding is very versatile and lovely in texture.
