Instructions to make Red Rice Poha!!:
  1. Firstly keep the ingredients ready.
  2. Heat the Kadhai put oil and when hot add mustard seeds, split urad dal and chana dal. Saute for a minute.
  3. After it splutters add the chopped onion, green chilli, ginger and curry leaves. Sauté for a few minutes.
  4. Now in the meantime wash the poha and drain it and keep ready.
  5. Then add the washed poha in the Kadhai.
  6. Add salt & mix well.
  7. Then add the grated coconut and mix again.
  8. Now turn off the gas and garnish with chopped coriander leaves and pomegranate. Serve immediately.
