- Now take remaining cornflour in plate. Cover wings with powder. Remove extra. Deep this wings in wet mixture drip all excess. Again put it in dry mixture and wet mixture. Try to remove any excess. And directly put it in hot frying oil and fry in on low to medium flame.cook it till it gets nice crispy layer.
- Serve it with shezwan sauce.
