The ingredients needed to make Sauce(For Momos):
- Prepare 3 Tomatoes Slit into 4
- Prepare 5-6 bedki mirchi whole

- In a pan add oil, add chopped onions and cook till light brown in colour.
- Add the puree and mix well.
- Add salt, sugar and vinegar, mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Cool, remove in an air tight container and refrigerate once cool.
- Can be used for paste, noodles, rice too.
