Instructions to make Paneer papdi:
- Crush lijjat papad with hands into random,not more than CM long approximately.
- Make a thin paste of corn flour with water and add salt, chat masala and red chilli powder to it.
- Mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan for frying.
- Put paneer slices into corn flour paste one at a time such that all sides of paneer are covered with a thin layer.
- Now roll paneer slice into the lijjat papad bits. Make sure that it is completely covered with a thick layer of papad bits.
- Deep fry till golden brown.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce.
