- For puri- Mix all ingredients make a dough. Keep aside for 20 minutes.
- Boil the soaked chole with salt and turmeric
- Heat the oil in a pan. Put cumin seed and bay leaves add onion saute for few minutes.add ginger garlic paste. Saute for 5minutes. Add tomato puree cook for 2-3minutes add all dry spices. Saute for a minute.put boiled chole cook for 5 minutes. Serve it with puri.
- Heat the oil in pan. Make small ball and roll it. Deep fry in pan. Serve it hot with chole.
