- Now cut into two halves.
- Take 1st half and apply slurry or water on edges.
- Make it conical shape and stuff potatoes masala and seal it.
- Accordingly make all and fry it in medium hot oil till golden brown and crispy.
- You can make vice a versa. Like roll plain roti and cut and make holes and over it put beetroot roti.
