- In a pan add ghee then add some deghi mirch. Pour the same on the chicken and put some Malai. It is ready to serve
- For the dhaniya paratha mix finely chopped dhaniya, curd, salt, ajwani and oil. Make the dough. Then roll it into balls and fry it like paratha.
