  3. Add some more oil in same Kadhai. Add marinated baingan. Stir fry until cooked.
  4. Add fried potatoes. Saute both.
  5. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Add in baingan & aloo. Add 2 tsp water or oil. Saute all for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with chapati.
