- In a non stick kadai put ghee and heat it and add khada masala, jeera and ginger garlic fry for 1 minute then add grated haldi and fry for 10 minutes continuously stir in the low flame.
- Then add in the onion and green chilli and Fry for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes you can add all dry masala and salt,peas and mix well then add curd and mix continuously for 5 minutes.
- And cook for 5 minutes and add coriander leaves and off the flame…
