Steps to make Mutton Nihari:
- Add oil into pan
- Add g garlic paste and onion paste and saute for 2 minutes
- Add mutton and fry for 5 minutes
- Now add nihari masala and cook for 5 minute
- Now add water and cook on low flame untill meat is sooo tender
- Now make slury with flour and water and add into nihari
- Now cook it for half an hour now nihari is ready
- Put a pan on flame add another cup of oil and fry onion and make bghar
- Now nihari is ready garnish with julian ginger chillies and lemon
