Instructions to make Mutton Nihari:
  1. Add oil into pan
  2. Add g garlic paste and onion paste and saute for 2 minutes
  3. Add mutton and fry for 5 minutes
  4. Now add nihari masala and cook for 5 minute
  5. Now add water and cook on low flame untill meat is sooo tender
  6. Now make slury with flour and water and add into nihari
  7. Now cook it for half an hour now nihari is ready
  8. Put a pan on flame add another cup of oil and fry onion and make bghar
  9. Now nihari is ready garnish with julian ginger chillies and lemon

The name Nihari comes from the Arabic word 'Nahar', meaning day. 'Nihari' is eaten just after the morning namaaz(prayer). It is a hot and spicy meat stew.
