Instructions to make Mutton Nihari:
- Put oil in a pot and fry oinon till light brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste. (main paste bana ka cubes bana ka freeze karti hoow.)
- Put the dry ingredients in a fine cloth bundle.
- Add mutton in fry oinon, ginger garlic paste.
- Add to the meat and fry little more.
- Add all dry ingredients and mix well.
- Add 4 cup of water and cook on low heat for 2 hours, meat soft ho Jaye aur pani dry ho tu bhoon lein.aur 3 cup water Dal dein.
