- Take a cooking pot add oil and Mutton, cook for 2 mint upto chnge colour, add above mention spices (grind)and cook for 1 mint.
- Add flour mixture stir well, then add water as required and put pressure cooker lid upto 20-30 mints.
- After Mutton soft, cook until boil. In pan add kshmiri lal mirh and oil and fry for 2 mint.
- In serving bowl put nihari, garnish with coriander, green chilli, ginger and prepared lal mich tarka..
