- Wash the goat and assorted meat very well to get rid of dirt and sand. Add salt and seasoning cubes while you cook. Allow it cook very well, wash the dryfish and kpomo and add to the boiling pot of meat. Cover it and allow the dryfish and kpomo to cook.
- Cook the yam without salt, pound and set aside.
- Add water, crayfish, salt,all the seasoning. (Ehuru, uda, uziza, and the pepper soup seasoning) Allow it to boil, add the pounded yam and cover the pot. The yam is used as a thickener so allow it to dissolve. Adjust the seasoning if need be.
- Wash the uziza leaf and slice it, add the soup and turn off the heat. Your white soup is ready.
- Serve hot with pounded yam or semolina.
