  1. Heat mustard oil in a pan, add tej patta & cumin seeds in it, then add onions cook until onions become little pink in colours (transparent)
  2. Add Ginger garlic paste, mix it, add Ginger cook for few mints,
  3. Add tomatoes and green chillies cut into two parts, add little bit water and cook while tomatoes become soft.
  4. Add all dry masala and mix well, cook until all oil comes up on Masala
  5. Mix this masala in pressure cooked daal
  6. Add salt mix it, squeeze 1/2 lemon in this, and cook for 4-5 mins.
  7. In tadka pan heat 1 spoon of Desi ghee, add Deghi Mirchi in it, pour it on Daal,
  8. Add Green coriander, mix it and enjoy this Dhaba style ChanaDaal.
