- Heat mustard oil in a pan, add tej patta & cumin seeds in it, then add onions cook until onions become little pink in colours (transparent)
- Add Ginger garlic paste, mix it, add Ginger cook for few mints,
- Add tomatoes and green chillies cut into two parts, add little bit water and cook while tomatoes become soft.
- Add all dry masala and mix well, cook until all oil comes up on Masala
- Mix this masala in pressure cooked daal
- Add salt mix it, squeeze 1/2 lemon in this, and cook for 4-5 mins.
- In tadka pan heat 1 spoon of Desi ghee, add Deghi Mirchi in it, pour it on Daal,
- Add Green coriander, mix it and enjoy this Dhaba style ChanaDaal.
