  15. Take 5 Garlic pods
  16. Get 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  17. Take 1 Green Chilli
  18. Get as required Water-

  20. Prepare 2 tsp Sesame Oil
  21. Take 2 Tbsp Coriander seeds
  22. Take 1/2 tsp Fennel seeds
  23. Make ready 5 Fenugreek seeds
  24. Make ready 1/2 inch piece of Cinnamon
  25. Take 2 Cloves
  26. Prepare as required Curry leaves few
  27. Make ready 3/4 tsp Cumin seeds
  28. Take 5 Peppercorns
  29. Get 5 Dry Red Chillies

  4. First grind the ingredients which has been roasted, to a fine powder. Then add shallots tomato mixture. Along with it add the remaining ingredients given under masala paste. Add required water and grind to a smooth paste.
  5. In a kadai, add oil. Add mustard seeds fry it. Add shallots and curry leaves. Saute till shallots becomes translucent.
  6. Add the masala paste, salt and required water. Cover and cook for 10 mins in medium flame.
  7. Then add the mushrooms, mix well. Add required water. Cover and cook for 15 mins in medium flame.
  8. Transfer to a bowl. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  9. Serve hot with rice, idli and dosa.
