Steps to make Stuffed Moong Dal Paratha:
  1. First we will drain the water from the Moong Dal and in pressure cooker add the moong dal and 1/4 cup water and salt to taste.Pressure cook the Moong Dal for 2 whistle and turn off the flame. Once the cooker cool down,we will drain the extra water from dal if it is.
  2. Now till the cooker cool down,take a bowl and add wheat flour,oil and salt and make a dough like a roti and keep it aside.
  3. Heat a small pan with oil on medium flame, add the ginger, garlic green chilli and saute for 1 minute and add chopped onion and let it cook for 3-4 minutes until it become soft.
  4. Add the boiled dal, red chilli powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, salt,lemon juice,garam masala and mix well.Cook it for 2-3 mins and turn off the flame.Please make sure your stuffing should be dry. Once the stuffing get cool down,add chopped corriander and give it a good mix.
  5. Now divide the dough in medium size ball and roll the small roti and keep the stuffing in the center and gather the edges and roll it like aloo paratha.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the Stuffed Yellow Moong Dal And Onion Paratha in ghee until cooked through, and has golden brown spots on both sides.
  7. Serve it hot with Curd/Pickle or anything which you like.
