Milagu poondu kuzhambu method: In a kadai, heat a tsp of oil and add pepper, red chilli first, give it a stir and then. Pepper chicken gravy is a quick and easy-to-make traditional recipe. Add the chicken to the gravy and mix well. Once cooked, add some curry leaves to the chicken curry and allow it to cook for five more minutes.

  7. Don't over cook, pepper leads to bitter taste when overcooked
  8. Done serve with hot rice and melted ghee.
