  14. Get 1 Tsp Coconut powder

  16. Take 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  17. Prepare 1 Onion chopped
  18. Get 1 tsp Peanut powder
  19. Prepare 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  20. Take 1 tsp Coriander powder
  21. Make ready 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  22. Make ready 300 ml Oil for deep frying

Steps to make Sambhar vadi:
  1. To make stuffing of coriander we take chopped coriander leaves.
  2. Now we heat up 2 tsp oil in a pan.we add cumin seeds to it.Then we add chopped onion and cook it until it becomes golden brown colour.when the onion is done we add ginger garlic paste to it.
  3. Now we add all the rest of ingredients to it.
  4. When this mixture is done keep it aside.
  5. For outer cover mix all the flours and add salt, ajwain and oil then make a soft dough with water.
  6. Make small balls and role them.keep 2 Tsp of the stuffing in middle and fold the edges and seal with water.
  7. Deep fry all vadi in the same way.
  8. Serve with green chutney or sauce.
