- Now divide dough into 6 portions,and also divide the dough so.Take one part of dough,make a cup like structure,fill the stuffing and roll into a paratha.
- Heat a tawa,cook paratha.Add 1 tbsp oil and fry paratha till golden on both sides.
- Prepare all parathe in same way.Serve with raita/ chutney / achar of your choice.
