Rajma is the Indian name for red kidney beans. These are soaked, cooked & then simmered with onions, tomatoes & spices to. Rajma masala is a popular north Indian vegetarian dish consisting of red kidney beans in a thick curry with lots of Indian whole spices. Rajma Gravy -A favourite from Punjab.

  4. Heat oil in cooker and then add mustard and cumin.
  5. Then add chopped onions, tomatoes, curry leaves and coriander leaves.
  6. Add the chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, hing and salt and stir well.
  7. Add the masala paste, a cup of water and boiled rajma, cover the cooker and cook until 2 whistles.
  8. Delicious Rajma curry is ready.
