Add onions, a pinch of salt, hing and cook till it's translucent. After that add all the spices, stir a little (don’t let the spices burn). Finally add cooked dal and give it a good mix. Switch off the flame, add chopped coriander and mix. Let the stuffing cool under room temperature.
  5. For paratha, cut small portion of dough, give it a bowl like shape, add stuffing and close it's opening through rotating and pressing through fingers. Make it a smooth ball, spread some flour on rolling board and then flatten the dough by rolling pin into circular parathas.
  6. Heat the tawa and place raw parathas on it. Cook on both side with desi ghee until you see beautiful brown spots on both sides.
  7. Garnish it with butter and serve with your favourite chutney, raita or achar and even some fresh fruits if you want. :)
