- When roast properly add water,salt and boil properly.
- Add garam masala,boiled eggs and keep for five minutes so that the eggs would be absorbed into gravy.
- Switch off the flame and add butter and chopped coriander leaves.Egg butter masala gravy is ready to serve.Transfer into serving dish and serve hot.
