- Prepare 2 large onions
- Take 1 bulb garlic

- Prepare 300 ml red wine
- Get Cornflower to thicken

- Add the wine and 1ltr water to the veg and return to the oven for 1 hour.
- Strain the liquid from the veg into a pan. Simmer until the liquid has halved in volume.
- Add cornflour to thicken, and plenty of salt to taste. Serve with your roast!
