- Now heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion till golden brown and transfer it in a plate then put the marinated mutton in same pan and fry it for 2 minutes then add 1 cup water and cook it until mutton get softened
- Boil the water and cook the rice about 80% then strain the water
- Now take a heavy bottom pan add some portion of mutton then add rice layer and put some fried onion, coriander and mint leaves and ghee to this mutton and rice layer. Repeat the process two or three times then cover the lid. Now cook it for 20 minute on a very low flame
- Now the mutton biryani is ready tol serve.
