- Peel and cut the potatoes.
- Heat oil in a cooker add hing and jeera when crackle add onion paste and saute it.
- After saute add ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 minutes.
- Now add tomato puree and salt and saute till leave the oil.
- After that add dry spices except garam masala and roast it,
- Add cut potatoes and water,cover the lid take 2-3 whistles.
- Now remove the lid add garam masala and chopped green coriander mix well.
- Serve with poori.
