  4. When done with cutting the shapes, heat your cooking oil in a deep frying pan. When sure that the oil is hot, and the fire is medium heat, start dropping the shapes, taking note on starting with the first ones to be cut first, the last ones last so as to give them more time to raise. Cook each side for 2 to 3 minutes, when you get the desired brown colour, you now remove them and place them in a tray to cool.
  5. Serve with a cup of black tea with cardamon flavour, and a plate of mbaazi. Enjoy.
