  3. Once dal is cooked remove it in plate and allow it to cool to room temperature.
  4. Mix all the dry masalas and coriander leaves to the dal. Mix it properly and make the stuffing ready.
  5. Take a fist full of dough and roll it slightly to make small puri. Placethe stuffing ball on it and close all the side to cover the stuffing.
  6. Roll this using rolling pin into paratha without putting much pressure. Paratha should be little bit thick,do not roll it thin.
  7. Heat tawa and place the paratha on it and roast it on medium flame by applying ghee/oil to it. Both should get cooked well, then remove it and place it on the paratha basket.
  8. Repeat this process with rest of the dough and stuffing. Serve hot with curd or pickle.
