Cook it well.
  3. In a pan add purified butter, cumin seeds, black pepper, cardamoms, cinnamon, star anise, cloves, water & boiled rice. Cook it for 10 minutes & after 10 minutes drain excess water with the help of a sieve.   Heat a pan & add purified butter into it then spread paneer tikka in an even layer, spread the rice evenly over it also pour the mixture of saffron & milk into it.
  4. Sprinkle some mint leaves, coriander, fried onion, purified butter on top.   Place foil paper on the pan & close the lid lightly & cook for 10 minutes on low flame.   Serve this delicious biryani with curd!
