  6. Cover the cooker and let rice boil for 2 whistles. Don’t over cook rice. Fluff it up using a fork. Add the food colours (optional) to the top later of rice.
  7. Add the cooked chicken masala to the boiled flavoured rice. Top with fried onion and coriander. Mix gently.
