- When let it cool down open the lid now turn on the flame and completely dry it now turn off the flame
- Now transfer the blender jar and blend it make a stuff mixture
- Now take a small portion of the dough make a ball shape then lightly press it and stuff the prepared mixture and close the lid
- Now lightly flatten it now dust some flour on rolling board and roll it make a chapati shape and place on hot tawa
- And shallow fry it both side on medium flame.
- Now turn off the flame and remove on a plate and serve with aalu mater curry or any curry and enjoy it.
