  14. Take To taste Salt
  15. Make ready 2 tbsp Clarified butter

Steps to make Sprout paratha:
  1. Boil the whole moong sprout and fenugreek sprout in pressure cooker,once cooled to grind coarsely
  2. Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,dried mango powder / amchur powder,ginger,cumin seeds,onion,green chilli,coriander leaves and salt and mix well.
  3. Now stuffing is ready
  4. Take a large bowl add wheat flour,oats powder and salt and mix well.
  5. With the help of water to make a soft dough.
  6. Divide the dough into equal size balls.
  7. Stuff the filling in the dough and roll out paratha.
  8. On a heated pan make paratha applying clarifying butter on both the sides.
  9. Serve hot.
