I use soft tacos because I prefer them, but crispy tacos work nicely, too. Seitan ("say-tan") is a wheat meat. It's made from the gluten in flour. Seitan is low in calories, low fat (zero saturated) and is high in protein. These chorizos are an amazing vegan and vegetarian alternative to meat and they're lovely in pasta dishes, sandwiches, as pizza topping or even eaten on their own.
