The ingredients needed to make Soya paratha:
  1. Prepare 1/2 katori/ bowl soy granules(ground)
  2. Take 1 katori/bowl whole wheat aata
  3. Make ready 1 chopped onion and chilli(1 each)
  4. Make ready 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  5. Make ready 1 pinch hing
  6. Get 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  7. Make ready 1 tsp carrom seeds
  8. Make ready to taste salt,red chilli powder, garam masala
  9. Make ready as needed ghee (1 tsp for dough and 2 tsp for cooking)

Rinse soya chunks in fresh water and squeeze all the water out. Dust some flour on board and roll it into a thin paratha. Cover the soya paste with roti and again make a round. In a non stick pan,put the paratha.turn the other side.

Instructions to make Soya paratha:
  1. Add all the ingredients except oil in a wide bowl and make a soft dough with the help of water.
  2. Leave it covered, for rest for 30 mins
  3. Put ghee and knead again for 2 mins
  4. Heat tawa, roll the paratha and cook it on medium heat with ghee.
  5. Serve it with raita of your choice.

When it is slight brown colour put the oil around the paratha. Soya parathas are an excellent option for you. Paratha is one of the best breakfast recipe to try in the morning. Be it the stuffed parathas or the plain parathas, all the varieties of this Indian bread. Knead the atta just like paratha atta.
