- For sabzi - turai ko kaat kar dho le then pan main ghee daal kar hing zeera ka tadka lagaye. Washed turai ko daale hari mirch aur tomato cut kar ke mix karein saath hi sare masale bhi mix karein aur pakne de jab sabzi gal jaye tab jarurat ke hisab se pani mix kar ke boil aane de Garam masala aur hara dhaniya daale
- For kheer– boil the milk. add rice. Rice Pakne par aur milk achhe se mix up hone par sugar add karein. Ab zayfal zavitri Elaichi powder mix karein dry fruits add karein
- Khazur- take a bowl of wheat flour. 3-4 spoon ghee moyan ke liye daale ab gud ke pani se guth kar dough bana le. Aur khazur ki shape bana kar Deep fry kar le
