- Boil overnight soaked white chane..with salt..big Elaichi..clovers.and tejpatta
- After 4 whistle.off the gass.
- Make tadka..
- Take Twospoon oil in a pan.
- Add chopped ginger.
- Saute till light brown…add finally grinded tomatoes.
- Sim the gass when tomatoes leave the oil.
- Add boiled chana.
- Saute untill mix well.
- Add boiled water stir on high flame for 5 minutes.
- Cook for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Garnish with Chery tomatoes and coriander leaves
- Serve with poori.
