- Make ready all purpose flour
- Take sugar
- Make ready butter/ghee/margarine
- Take instant yeast/1sachet
- Take coconut milk

- In a big bowl put flour,sugar n cardamom
- Heat the butter n add to the above
- Put the yeast n a pinch of sugar in a cup n add some warm water n set aside let it raise
- When it has risen add to the flour mixture n mix well
- Make a soft dough with the coconut milk.Let the dough rise
- Roll n cut put aside n let it rise again for 15mins.
- Then fry on medium heat
- Enjoy with hot tea or any coconut dish like mbaazi,beans,peas etc
