  8. In same kadai add oil and butter..When it becomes hot add this mixture.
  9. Then add ginger and garlic paste.Sort for 2 minutes.
  10. Then add turmeric, chilli powder.Add masala powder also.
  11. Cook them well.Add salt as required.
  12. Add 1/4_1/2 cup water.cook well for 5 minutes.
  13. Keep kofta in serving plate and add curry over it.
  14. Then adding fresh cream and coriander leaves on top.Serve this to your dear ones.
