  1. Peel arvi &wash.mix red chilli powder,dhania powder,salt in dahi & keep aside
  2. Heat oil.add slice onion,garluc,ginger in oil & fry to pink.add masala mix dahi in onion.
  3. Fry masala in dahi.when oil comes at surface close heat. let the oil in 1 side.
  4. Add only masala in blander & leave oil in dish.blend masala with 2 Tbsp water to paste
  5. Add mutton & garam masala in oil.fry till colour change at low heat.add masala paste.fry for 5 min
  6. Add 3 cup water in dish & let mutton cook at medium heat till half done.then add peeled arvi in dish & cook till both are tender
  7. When both are soft adjust salan consistency.add harimirchain & turn off heat.
  8. Garnish with haradhania.serve tasty arvi gosht ka salan with chapati & lemon onion salad. enjoy
